It’s Natural, Why Not Do It More?

Not much of a blog today - just a question for you.

That is a picture of my daughter Abby, this past January, 3 weeks after her second birthday.

Beautiful squat, isn’t it?

(That’s not the question.)

The question is, if we once had “perfect” squats and it was so easy for us to do - natural and normal for us to do - do you think we spend enough time re-gaining and re-training the squat?

Why or why not?

(I personally have WAY more thoughts on this, which I will undoubtedly write about in a future blog/blogs - I just want to see what you think.)
