An Educator's Guide to Pressing RESET

Our mission is to promote daily physical activity among K-12 students to enhance their overall health and well-being. To achieve this goal, we provide proven training, digital resources, and implementation strategies to schools. We firmly believe that incorporating movement into the education system is crucial to supporting the holistic development of students and creating an ideal learning environment.

We offer a one-day course called the "Educator's Guide to Pressing RESET," which is held at the participating school. The six-hour training session is led by one of our certified instructors and focuses on K-12 education. Educators get hands-on experience of how movement affects the body and brain, and learn practical strategies to integrate physical activity into the classroom.
